All necessary items are gathered into one place. For example, menu 'Programs' has section 'All Programs' which contain all links from menu Start, Desktop and Quick Launch panel. Also you can build section 'Favorites' in several menus as you like. In menu 'Files' place into this section files and folders you open most frequently. You can create groups of favorites items as well. So create group 'Media' for appropriate media tools. Some menus do not has section 'Favorites' and move more used items on top automatically. Really power feature of the program is shortcuts. Just press 'Window' + first letter of menu name to open one. Cursor automatically move to section 'Filter' so you can find and run than you need.
