Most popular applications are raised on top of list. The more you switch to an application the higher in list the application will be. Less used application are always in bottom of the list. 'Groups' is opportunity to hide or show groups of applications. Item 'All Applications' is active by default and allow to see all application. Item 'None' hide all application so you cannot see no one. Other groups are customized and you can build them yourself. For example, if you create group 'Internet' and include into it Internet Explorer and Skype processes, then switch on the item you will not see any other windows. With section 'Filter' you can change the active window without mouse at all.
